ING Boardroom and Training Rooms
Eo Design was appointed to design and install the audiovisual and videoconferencing system for ING’s Sydney Executive Boardroom and AV systems for their training rooms.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Twin Panasonic 65” HD plasma screens were installed at the Northern end of the boardroom and are setup for people and content videoconferencing via a Tandberg MXP8800.


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Clearone and Biamp Nexia digital sound processing was installed to manage the audio on video and telephony conference calls to eliminate feedback and provide echo cancellation. Revolab wireless table top boundary microphones were specified. The mics are simply placed on the boardroom table without the need for unsightly and cumbersome wiring.


 


A widescreen ceiling mounted projector was installed for large scale multimedia presentations which projects onto a large motorised screen. The configuration provides great flexibility for ING executives to utilise the room AV systems depending on application.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


 All of the systems components are integrated with AMX control solutions.  A 7” wireless touch screen is mounted in a recessed wall docking station next to the light switches and can be detached to be used anywhere within the room. A second 5” touch screen is located in the AV rack for back-up and service and maintenance access.

The Australian Department of Defence

The Australian Department of Defence appointed Eo Design to design and install audiovisual systems for the Defence College Executive meeting rooms and training rooms. Eo Design specified zero halogen, non PVC flame retardant “green” cable along with eco friendly low energy, low heat amplifiers, display systems and energy efficient LED lighting. Pictured below is the Executive Conference Room with Eo Lighting’s MR16 halogen lamp replacements, model 506C.

When the boardroom was in use, the previous lamps were consuming over 600watts of power. Eo lamps have reduced this down to 66watts. Sean Thompson head of AV for the College is delighted with the end result.
